Dominic Sarlo Jr.
Dominic was born in Chicago, Illinois where the "contractor trades" were already in his blood; his grandfather was an extraordinary roofer. He moved to South Florida with his parents when he was 12. He worked as a sub-contractor for many years in various fields. Dominic owned his own business in South Florida which allowed him to continue his passion for carpentry. By owning his own business he had to build a lot of the client relationships and gain the experience of what it takes to run a successful business and enjoys it very much. Dominic considers himself a perfectionist about his work. A saying he uses very often is "If we can't do it right we won't do it at all." He loves challenges with crown molding and the intricate jobs his builders/customers give him. He moved to the upstate of South Carolina in September 2005 with his family and worked as a trim carpenter. Seeing the potential for success he decided to create DND and went co-owners with Sean his brother-in-law, friend and now business partner.
In his off-time Dominic enjoys adding "finishing touches" to his home, video games, hockey, football, history, movies and spending time with his wife Melanie and his two young sons Nikolai and Donovan.
